A fundamentally different approach

Affirming, not fixing

We center identity, strengths, and lived experience. Neurodivergence is not a problem to solve.

No compliance-based strategies

We do not use behavior-based or compliance-driven methods. Support should never feel coercive.

Practical and collaborative

Real-world supports, accommodations, and plans that fit everyday life — not theoretical exercises.

Autonomy-focused

We support self-determination, self-advocacy, and meaningful choice at every stage.

Let's talk about what support could look like.

Whether you're a family navigating transitions or an organization building inclusive practices — we're here to help.

Warm sunlit path through trees

Support that starts with you

You don't need a one-size-fits-all plan. We help neurodivergent teens and adults clarify goals, build supportive routines and accommodations, and navigate transitions — with dignity and autonomy at the center.

What coaching can support

  • Transition to adulthood — planning, pacing, and next steps
  • Executive functioning supports — planning, organization, time, follow-through
  • Identity development, self-understanding, and strengths discovery
  • Self-advocacy and communication — school, work, medical, services
  • Systems navigation — adult services, supports, accommodations, and logistics
  • Reducing burnout and building sustainable supports

Who it's for

  • Autistic and neurodivergent adolescents and adults
  • Parents/caregivers supporting transition planning and advocacy
  • Partners/couples navigating neurodivergence in relationships

What sessions look like

  • Collaborative goal-setting: define what success means to the individual
  • Practical strategy-building: routines, supports, accommodations, and skill practice
  • Family/support-team alignment: shared language and coordinated supports
  • Pacing that respects capacity: sustainable change over quick compliance

Diverse team collaborating

Practical inclusion, not awareness slogans

We partner with schools, clinics, programs, and workplaces to strengthen neurodivergent-affirming practice. The goal is practical, sustainable inclusion.

Ways we support organizations

  • Training and workshops for staff — intro through advanced topics
  • Consultation on complex cases, transition planning, and interdisciplinary alignment
  • Accessibility and environmental review — communication clarity, sensory considerations, visual supports
  • Policy and procedure development — accommodations frameworks, documentation, operational practices
  • Neurodivergent-affirming curriculum development and implementation support

Example training topics

  • Neurodiversity-affirming foundations and language
  • Double Empathy Theory and communication alignment
  • Supporting executive functioning without compliance-based methods
  • Reducing burnout and increasing sustainable participation
  • Transition to adulthood: planning across systems

Engagement models

  • One-time training (60–120 minutes)
  • Half-day / full-day professional development
  • Ongoing consultation package (monthly or quarterly)
  • Custom curriculum or policy project (scoped deliverables and timeline)

Grounded in neurodivergent affirmation

We view neurological differences as natural human variation. We support people in addressing real barriers and distress — without treating identity as a problem to be fixed.

Our core principles

  • Strengths-based: start with capabilities, interests, and context
  • Person-centered: no single pathway to adulthood or independence
  • Autonomy & self-determination: meaningful choice, informed decision-making, supported independence
  • Collaboration: coordinate with families and support teams when the individual wants it
  • Ethical & non-compliance-based: we do not use behaviorist or compliance-driven strategies

What we don't do

  • We do not use compliance-based strategies or behavior modification to enforce conformity
  • We do not frame neurodivergence as a deficit that must be corrected
  • We do not promise quick fixes — we prioritize sustainable supports and real-world fit
